Why didnt they put question 1 as Do you want the Aboriginal people acknowledged in our constitution as the first people in Australia.
Then the 2nd question do you want A voice made up of elected Aboriginal people as an advisory board to the government.
I would expect then the Q1 would have a great support as its historical fact that they were the first people.
