Oppurtunity to buy may be when 3b is announced later this week.
I have heard some of the funds who wanted stock were scaled back fairly hard though so suspect they will be looking to increase as many have minimum amounts they have to purchase/hold.
I heard one of the guys behind the deal has a $3 target and he called $1 by mid year in March
