Will be interesting this week to see how WHA trades. There will be some who might decide to sell on the hope they can buy back cheaper once the placement stock is released.
I must admit I do not like selling a stock that has too much upside on the hope that perhaps I can buy back cheaper.
One can easily get caught out . The question that needs to be asked is, what price do you think we will be in 12 months time. I will stick my neck out and say at least 2 dollars perhaps as much as 3 dollars.
On that basis why would I risk giving away my stock on the hope that I can buy back 10c cheaper. Doesn't really make much sense.
I have posted for quite some time now that WHA is a tightly held stock with the top 20 shareholders owning plenty. I don't think they would be selling anytime soon. I reckon they would all be thinking this is the start of an exciting journey.
It's not a BUB like stock that trades 30 million a day. You can easily trade BUB because there is always another seller presenting themselves. I don't put WHA in the traders category. It's an accumulation stock in my opinion..
One big buyer in WHA can change the whole picture very quickly. One big announcement and the stock could be 1.20. The risk is too great to get cute. That is of course, if you believe it's going higher.
But if that is your game, good luck with that.
