Nothing sad about it Bullrush - it separates the real companies with genuine business ethics from the "Pump and Dump Brigade".
UCM have been around a long while. Rob Phillips has been the CEO since the beginning - I have learned this company tends to under promise and overdeliver. The world has forgotten the impact the USCOM 1A made to health outcomes when it was introduced - and the lives that are saved by these machines in the major intensive care hospitals around the world every day.
I like the ethics of this company and the direction of its development. I like the massive gains it has made technically in the last two years. I like the fact it is about to blossom and bear fruit. I like it has grown to maturity without wasteful capital raises, but by targeted re-investment of its profits on the sale of the USCOM 1A.
I see my shareholding being reinvested every year and watch how the real working value of my shareholding has grown every year - regardless of a stagnant share price.

Having, in the past, been the CEO of a High Tech company I understand there is a big gap between concept initiation and delivering a reliable working product to market - filling this gap takes time - The need for registry approval for medical devices adds a further time penalty - but it delivers a massive bonus of building a wide mote against market competition.

The current UCM share price is a NONSENCE and manipulated by trader Bots that thrive in holdings with such a small turnover.
The price of UCM shares fell YESTERDAY from 15c/share to 14.5c/ share on the morning market auction with ONE sale of 12 .. YES TWELVE shares - value $1.74 .... there were no further sales until 80 minutes before close, when it was joined by ONE small trade of $495.90 - at these prices you would think - no one is prepared to sell - but this morning when there was no price rise on opening the bots harvested $15,493 shares from suckers who knew little about the company and thought the value was falling!!!

When next there is a positive announcement possibly shortly - the big issue is there are Bots set and waiting to ride any sharp price rise and accumulate in seconds any forward sell orders. Generally shares purchased by Bots accumulate to traders and not serious long term investors. - and so the Yo-Yo prices start all over again and feed traders for a couple of months until they loose interest like most have at the moment.

UCM shares are way below value at present. If you want to accumulate UCM shares at a good price when prices are down like at present be prepared to raise your buy price a cent or so above the market and accumulate quietly - quietly now!
