Looked like a fundy type, once they decide to go, they just go, there was no effort to work the order just a straight dumping. Only takes one buy and they are back to 14.
I would not read too much reason into it for all you know they had redemption request or simply needed the funds for another investment.
People who don't know markets tend to read too much into these sort of things. The root problem is the lack of liquidity, it can lead to wild swings like this. Of course it can work the other way to.
