Thanks for posting. It does give some insight into how business is approached over there, which is aptly summarised by the closing paragraph.

"The international community always said that when Angola reached peace they would come and help Angola, but that was not the case in Angola. We have had to rebuild with no one's help so no one has the right to point a finger at us,” he said. “We are doing what we are capable of doing right now, and if they want to see things done faster or done differently, let them come and help. The hypocrisy of the international community is not something that bothers us any more. We have suffered it so much that we are immune."
