Not sure everyone was praising Gavin, who I think will continue get roasted for that ridiculous pay packet he awarded himself last year(especially after a year of share price retraction and exit from asx 300 is impossible to justify)
Nick seemed right for the business at the time, as clearly he was able to breakdown doors and get to key people within government which someone like Dirk probably doesn't have the personality to do.
So there are People are better suited to lead different phases of the business and I think Dirk is now the right person to take the company into the mundane job of making a profit for the company!
Nick has shown his confidence in the team by retaining a very large shareholding after exiting the operations of Alexium.
