You were exhaling whilst posting this weren't you. If any real (Non tree hugging) employer believed in this, i will walk Bourke street naked.
This is lower management rhetoric, fed to the plebs for the requirement of upper management to appear to be employee focused.
However there are aspects of the post that are somewhat obscure.

"Revenue is at or above target and you project it to continue; other than financially rewarding yourself and/or your employees, you wonder what to do with the increased revenue."
