However there are aspects of the post that are somewhat obscure.

"Revenue is at or above target and you project it to continue; other than financially rewarding yourself and/or your employees, you wonder what to do with the increased revenue."

Pretty normal to bring on sales people when you decide that you need them. Whether you like the language or not the essence of the post from gonewest was highlighting precisely that.

Vomiting or walking naked may seem to you like an appropriate response to a semantic, linguistic or style debate but I'm not imaging an Adonis right now.
