Ordinarily I would agree with that...but whatif one day you are drilling for U ("yellow stuff") and your assay indicates significant "black stuff"...you don't have the mineral rights on those tenements for the "black stuff".....what do you do???? Would you ignore the "black stuff" or buy up the surrounding tenements under an EPC?
No U stock based in Qld, with it's current bans in place, can survive on U only, no matter how good the grades are.
