Have been enjoying the PRR ride, even more so in the last week

but why are we all excited about Prima Biomed (PRR) ?

Just some thought to share... to enjoy over a ' cuppa ' or a beer .... so please excuse the length of this post.

.... and it will take more than 30 seconds .... so move on if you could not be bothered.

We Have been sitting back the last few days.... watching, watching, watching

..... with a large smirk on my face , I have been enjoying reading all the PRR posts.... and the growing excitement is palpable

.... for any readers of PRR HC forum you may have gathered that I am rather keen on this stock....or perhaps fanatically so.

.... and for the benefit of any newcomers, curious, fence sitters, (US investors looking to come on board), ponderers, procrastinators, doubters, holders, investors.long termers and believers... just a few thoughts on why many believe make PRR such a unique investment opportunity.... and a once in a lifetime opportunity.

On the ASX, when you buy shares you generally just sit and wait for something to happen... waiting, waiting, waiting ... and it either goes up or goes down .... depending on the vagaries of the stockmarket, all relative to local and global events that surround it.... and there is generally no long term timeline that maps out where we are going

.. but Prima IS different ....and here is why

Of most note, PRR is developing in particular Cancer treatment that may fail... it is a risk... and as such should be invested in.... with ' eyes open'.

As PRR comes toward the end of its trials ( relatively speaking in Pharmaceutical developmental terms ) the risk vs. reward profile diminishes.

We all admire those who got on board at $00.001... $00.01, $00.03.... and they get my double thumbs up... they took the early risks and invested... and for what now appears to be a relatively small outlay they are reaping the rewards... big time

and from what I understand it has changed their lives already.

but back to Prima's uniqueness.... and for the investor :

1. PRR has a setout, well defined timeline of forthcoming milestones....

... you can clearly map out the events to come and predict the share price movement that will occur on such an event.The end timeline to go to market will only be the start, as Prima turns from a 'cash burn' revenue to an income producing company .... and we're talking some really serious ' bikkie's here

2.The PRR risk profile is constantly lessening, with successful trials to date, funding hurdles overcome and more and more excellent personnel coming on board as required as the organization grows.

3. Once becoming an income producer , the likelihood of PRR returning dividends to shareholders excite the long term prospects even further ...and the more shares you hold - the bigger your dividend returns will be.

4. Prima is in the Cancer theraputic treatment field... Cancer is an enormous issue, insidious and devastating... it effects many and will more than likely ' touch' and effect all of us in some way .. ie is a real problem requiring a real solution .... therapy , treatments , cures and preventions are a REAL thing, a want, a need, a given....

.... it is not therefore subject like other shares such as mining, construction, retail, IT etc.. to the vagaries of world and local events that so often hammer the share prices of these sectors. People wlll always need this type of product / treatment ... and as the world population grows....so in a perverse sort of way so will the Cancer treatment industry grow .... and it is to a large degree ' buffered' from outside effects.

5. The relative ' cheapness ' of Prima shares RIGHT NOW, as to what they will be in say 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years and indeed 10 years down the track make it so attractive.
... like many of us who got in relatively early, our returns have been great, and thus the risk v reward profile diminishes. Even at today's prices one can still buy large numbers of PRR shares for what will in a year's tim seem cheap.

Up till now the many ' positive 'posters forecasts have eventuated... the journey we are on and the path we are following goes on , not always straight ahead, following the curves and the dips .... but we already have come such along way.

6. The Nasadaq Listing of Prima in the US , which is from what we understand is a given and coming any time now ( and I have been saying this over and over ) will be catalyst to a significant share price lift

....like the lighting of the ' wick' under the powder keg of dynamite under Prima ( Prima-mite ).

It's been said before, but do underestimate the volume of interest and money that will inflow from the US, particularly in the initial phases right now whilst the PRR : PMBD is still suppressed, so low and 'undervalued'.... we should make really significant gains here after listing.

7. Prima is in the right space at the right time ....The ' market' for immunotherapy is relatively new. Dendreon in the US , with its Prostrate Cancer treatment Provenge, has paved the way for Prima .... particularly in establishing the creditability of such a methodology of treatment. With every breakthrough and advance that DNDN makes, the oath becomes easier for PRR.

8. The amount of literature available on Prima is quite detailed and readily available... and becoming increasingly so.Prima is being heavily marketed in the US, Japan and Europe... all with large investment and market potential.

9. Prima PRR is quite a 'liquid' stock. Its relatively high turnover of shares make it attractive to investors as the increased trading volumes signal an interest in the stock. Traders prefer these high volume stocks and often recommend them as a precautionary less riskier factor is that they can easily be ' gotten out of' ... sold when required as there will readily be a buyer.

10. Prima Biomed is not a ' one trick Pony'
... the lead program is cVac - the development of an ex-vivo immunotherapy for ovarian cancer

... the second program is focusing on the identification and development of a monoclonal antibody to cripto-1.... which basically will help Cancer treatments more effectively treat other forms of cancer and do so with more specificity

The 3rd program is to create an oral vaccine against Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), a virus associated with development of cervical cancer.

11. Investing in Prima can make one feel ' good '. It is all about the betterment of mankind and the alleviation of human suffering. I know that I would rather invest in such a company than one that says produces armaments or uranium for example.

The altruistic nature of the investment in Prima in reality would not be on many investors minds, but it does give you that warm feeling inside that the goal , in respect to cVac, will be such a wonderful thing for Cancer sufferers.

The very need for our sensitivity on these forums cannot be understated as there are many, many followers who hold and / or follow this stock.... because they either have, know someone who has or have been touched by cancer in some way or another

It is with this in mind that we understand why we love Prima
