Worth re-reading this article.

We all know the 2 countries will side with China which is practicing neo resource colonialism in Africa while providing plenty of financial incentives.

The African countries may further complicate things (to prevent other counterbids so that the chinese can monopolise the process) by engineering poison bombs in the permit conditions that the likes of Xstrata, AngloAmerican and others may never contemplate in accepting.

In order for us shareholder to get a better deal is to vote NO and then have the Chinese come back with a higher offer.

Can you imagine the chinese will just walk away and say 57 cents is as mush as we can find behind the couch cushions ????
