MF you are simply unbelievable. You reckon property is doomed except for you block of land. According to you your land is rising. Have you ever stopped for half a second and considered those of us who are positive about property also own blocks of land. And maybe it is possible our blocks of land have houses on them.
These houses are rented giving a positive cash flow whilst the block value is rising. Some of these blocks which are rising steadily may even be sub dividable blocks which can be developed now or in the future.
