The only thing that will raise the price is a competitor and you yourself have said that's unlikely
Yu want a couple of hundred million more which lets say takes it to 50c ...
Don't you see the time value of that money
Don't you also see the potential risks which could be numerous
Why wouldn't you be happy to bank a nice gain and hen move on to something relatively more certain for that extra 10-15%?
