The shareholders from 7-701 (695 of them) could effectively be considered as part of the shoal being predated upon (though they are NOT required to ann their changes in shareholder ownership) unlike the top 5 who are required to declare movement in shareholding as they are above the 5% threshold.
Even the shareholder at no 7 has only 11 million shares while it is a relatively large amount of money generally only half the daily turnover of LYC share.Logic would indicate that the shareprice changing tactics seem to point to the top 5 nominee holders,"dark pools",hedgies etc
