Can anyone explain why my daughters AC8 shares were "divested"...

Can anyone explain why my daughters AC8 shares were "divested" back on 23 Sept 2020? She had around 3,000 shares all of which were identified as "divested" by NabTrade? I can find no reason why this has happened and as yet have had no advice or responses to questions asked? I have got her to look at Computershare and see what they have but as far as NabTrade is concerned that is 0 AC8 shares in her portfolio now.

While this is an old investment and the opportunity back in 2018 to take a profit and sell was missed and the shares ever since are worth very little now, would still like to know what has happened here?

Any advice/experience appreciated.
