Incorrect Karll, there has been another appeal lodged by CTP since that last appeal was dismissed and all Judges in that appeal, ruled in favour of GRR..................in every single one of the point put up as arguments by CTP. Not a single one went in favour of CTP.........NOT ONE!!!!

It happen that I do know as to where CB got that Court rulings/papers from, but, IMO it is the incorrect one and being totally mixed up.
The original verdict handed down by the Appellate Court in Texas which went against CTP was handed down on the 14th of December 2017, not on the 1st of February 2018 as you and CB are saying, and that is the one verdict that is currently being appealed once more.
It is my honest opinion that someone should do some proper and properly based research at that, before posting unsubstantiated and self opinionated facts around here.
There is enough contradictions and self driven agendas posted around here without adding any more to them.
But that is me..........always calling a spade a spade as it should always be. Buddy 134
