    Correct. But any company worth it's salt should set aside an amount of money, and include it in their financials as a "contingent liability" to meet any unpredicted amounts payable based on Courts judgments, should they ever arise.

    If that happens, and we never allowed for those payments to be met, where would the company get the money to pay for it.?? After all we are not swimming in money, are we not.??

    Forgive me if I am wrong, but I didn't noticed it anywhere. Perhaps I read it to fast.
