Surely that wokeness should mitigate the current fallout?
shareholders and all stakeholders should have a sense of satisfaction that the bank provided an extenuation of their own virtue signalling.
The cost of that focus on wokeness was a distraction on prioritising other issues such as those that are now creating the fall out
