Hi Guys, my friend ask me to post this. I don't have any views nor opinion on gold whatsoever but merely passing on his message.

    "Danhoff/Colinchi/others,
    Why “guess”?
It’s all right there in print.
Once again, regarding this 20m that supposedly evaporated and once again talk of an operating loss would appear to be total fiction.
Payouts for trade creditors was in all likelihood in the vicinity of 40m not 20m for starters. And on a cash basis there is no way Beadell ran a loss for quarter 3.
    Sales of 41,657 oz @ USD $1272 = 52.987m in receipts.
    Cash costs 33,793 oz @ USD $956 = 32.306m
    Net cash = 20.68m
Add to prior quarter close of 33.0m
    That’s USD 53.68m
End cash from the most recent quarter = 13m. Therefore payouts of 40m.
Said before this is not a small enterprise. There are payables as well as received.
Also said before I am a finance person not metals expert. But if you want to worry about cash then worry about cash costs. AISC contains a lot of other stuff among which is Depreciation. Non-cash.
You won’t know AISC for the full year until end of January. But you are being told quite clearly that this company is not bleeding cash AT ALL. In fact quite the opposite. Unless someone wants to tell me they didn’t receive 52.987m and didn’t expend $956 per ounce."
