South African chrome ore (44% Cr) prices are now US$370/tonnes FOB. Latest Ryans Notes prices which is what the industry use, not the MB retrospective star gazing. Also they quote Konchar, who is talking his own book which is what you would expect.
CCI sold the mine at the top in March when it was around US$600/t
The chinese warehouses are full of chrome ore at the moment and it is being sold a big discounts on the spot mkt.
Situation will change when the ferrochrome supply demand settles down but not for a while.
Besides Ruighoek is all about the foundry sands market not ferrochrome feed.
