This is the ultimate question for all involved, and so far I have yet to see any real substantive reasons being provided.
I want to know why you think AVQ will win or lose this court case.
Looking for constructive discussions please, no flaming, no off topic discussions.
I have seen responses like "because they won the case before the appeal" which I don't think cuts it. If everyone wins an appeal because they won the previous case, then there'd be no point to an appeal and you'd never really have anyone doing an appeal. From what I understand, an appeal doesn't take into account who won or lost previously, what was or wasn't proven etc as it is a fresh start. I am happy to be corrected if I am wrong on that.
But let's get the ball rolling - why do you think AVQ will win or lose?
Again, please keep it constructive![]()
