I see this is now cheap compared to its peak at 35 cents in January but if they still need to raise more money, lets say another $20 to $30 million @ 5 cents(based on the previous discounted rate) wouldn't buying at today's prices mean your investments will lose 20 to 25% of value?
Not to forget that the company will have to issue another 500,000,000 to 600,000,000 shares and dilute the value of existing holdings?
