Your assumption about the technology used by the unknown off-take partner may be correct but we can only speculate on final outcomes eg. how well the new players who 'can deliver this product straight from mine' will, if and when they get going, compete with existing players (e.g. BHP which has commenced an expansion at Nickel West).
This article doesn't suggest any particular supply problems, going forward, although much remains to be seen (e.g. speed of take up and timing of price parity between ICE and EV):

I see you didn't bother responding to my main point - re whether the BFS stacks up if Co goes off the boil in the late 2020's following developments in next-gen battery tech??
