Ski won't buy in at 12c. They'll most likely wait for the options to lapse and ask to be re-issued 19.99% options at current market price levels. I'd imagine they'd exercise them immediately. How on earth would their shareholders react to spending $80 million on $25 million worth of stock?
All imo - but we need to get our expectations in line with reality.
