You may think that this is a democratic vote but i doubt that it is. Remember at the last vote that 36 million votes were lodged for the removal of the incumbants. Since then a further 13.5 million have been issued. Those votes alone will determine the composition of the board unless we understand the truth behind what has caused todays extrodinary announcement. In twenty years of investing in the stock market, I cannot recall any other time where the majority of board memebers have decided to retire all at the same time unless there was something going on. This in my opinion is more than a coincidence which we need further explanation. Why would anyone offer themselves for nomination as a director if they were only willing to serve 4 months on a board. It doesn't add up to me. Hopefully someone can explain what I am missing.
