Shanghai composite added another 2.3% today, Chinese investors are expecting stimulus package from Chinese government. Then the IO price will rocket back.
Just a month back all the funds said oil price is going to free fall and it will be 2017 that there will be a rise in oil prices. Today they are saying that US shale output has decreased and they are expecting the oil price to rise.
Also few of the 2nd tire IO producers are mothballing operations
