I recommend you give Andrew Dash a call next week (dont bother him this week, we need his attention on the job of flaring :-)...Its a very good possibility that CNX will be selling their Gold and uranium resources to fund the future projects. But its best if you speak to the man himself.
If they aren't going to, well thats something we all have to decide what to do when the time comes.
