That's a good idea.

Just do it and no need to say any more.

In fact it would be brilliant if everyone who feels particularly stirred by the posts of another individual simply put that poster on 'ignore'.

It would make it so much simpler for moderators to take out rubbish posts from a thread if all the very vocal crosscurrents of individual resentments weren't there to waylaid and mislead someone endeavouring to keep the debate simple, meaningful and honest.

And now I hope that all can see where I'm coming from.
