why am I cheering them on - because a new board within GWR will be the worst outcome for holders of both stocks. companies that succeed have stable boards - Gary and Falak are in a desparate position trying to retain jobs whilst blaming the poor progress on FAS aligned directors.
One should remember who originally got the GWR price to 2.60 prior to a resource upgrade and who has the share price now hovering round 2.00.
What I am after is value to shareholders - not stalling tactics and glossy brochures. This means nothing that FAS are in initial resource verfication process - this is all about the ability to strategically direct the company to a powerful position.
Why would I vote FAS aligned directors off the board - they announced their loyalty to GWR position and what then happens - a small shareholder decided he doesn't like it !!!
