Easy solution - NO COUNTRY IS TO EXPORT URANIUM TO THE PAKIS
The nuclear issue is a non-issue. Too many stop gaps. I think it's a contrived excuse (yes manipulation) of the markets for the rich to get richer and using Pakistan as a veiled opportunity.
