avx board is highly incompetent. that AIDS medicine was very promising. they could not get investors. their excuse was no investors deal was providing value to the shareholders. now the question I would ask was the board able to create value, rather they destroyed. how do u expect this new app will create value??? this is not a unique app. i am not really hopeful that i will be able to recover my money.
