Why would you bother taking up your entitlement at $1.62 per...

Why would you bother taking up your entitlement at $1.62 per share when you could have bought them today for a $1.55 per share.
I bought thru my account at CMC Markets the other day and my brokerage fee was only $10.00.
I also bought double the volume that my Entitlement was allowing me!
The other interesting point is that Bell Potter has just valued UWL at over $3.00 per share yet the closing price today is approximately $0.07 per share under the Retail Entitlement offer?
Someone playing games????
