scorpiogirl, what i read from the document was that you can take up this spp only if you did not take up the full $5000 last time
eg if you took up $2000 last time, this time you can only take up a maximum of $3000
I also would like to know the record date for this SPP, pity it wasnt mentioned in the announcement
