Yes, I agree after 8 years this should be the end of the route for the management here. It seems they are at the end of their ideas to improve profitability of the company and make a real value for shareholders. But sad is that they are the founders and owners of the company. It will be a very painful process for them to step back and have a look at how new managers are driving their company from November onwards.
