Zip at $1.16 means SZL worth $1.13 once merger goes through. So why would you buy zip when you can buy SZL at 88cents?
Surely the risk is worth it (assuming you are buying zip anyway)?
Why would you buy ZIP when you can buy SZL at 30% discount?
