I respectfully disagree that the merge makes sense - but if anything, more so for sezzle than it does zip.
zip could have used the raise more effectively, as many are forgetting the fundamental reasons why sezzle is facing administration and is in the dire situation that it’s in.
there’s lots of things that make sense here, but the merge, in my opinion, is certainly not one of them
