Thanks for your mumbo jumbo Alpha. The question has nothing to do with Zip fundamentals. You just don't seem to get it.
The question is if you are going to buy ZIP anyway, then would you be better off buying Sezzle instead given the discount and after weighing up the risks of the merger not proceeding.
I reckon you would. In fact all those holders who bought Zip yesterday (perhaps these are the 'newer investors' you refer to) would have been 7% better off buying Sezzle and that's just after 1 day.
