why would you sell?

This is not a statement although a question to which any responses will be appreciated.

It is not a nice thing to admit although I was a little slow and stupid the other day not picking up more shares when they dropped into the 6's on the announcement of the rights issue. This would have entitled me to not only more shares although the chance to acquire even more at 5c. I would have had to sell something else to fund the purchase although there is a good probability that in the coming years AHZ at 6c at this time in its development will look like one of those bargains of a lifetime....

Where will we be post rights issue?

A company with around $12 million in cash

A company with the most superior soft tissue patch treating CHD in the world

A company on the verge of massive sales into Europe and the US

A company teamed with one of the world's most eminent and respected medical men in the world

A company in the early stages of developing both a preventative and therapeutic vaccines for HSV and HPV

So.... why would you sell aside from taking profits??
