Good to see you back again, been a few months since Coca Cola. How's the shorting game going?
Broker's change their guidance all the time, but overall they're still pretty positive. The average broker price is $4.57 across six brokers; only one has hold the other five have buys/outperform; and the average intrinsic/fair value is 27% above current share price. While the international salmon price will impact on Tassals, it's much more muted than say with Huon who has super high PE ratio, or New Zealand King Salmon which is more exposed to via the export market, or even Tassals of 2018 when it didn't have the growth in prawns.
Also they don't provide earnings guidance, rather production guidance. So the risk of an 'earnings guidance downgrade' is perhaps quite low in the absence of it.
I don't believe in technical analysis it's just a bunch of squiggles, but if it gets to $2.90 I'll reinvest those coca cola gains and double down. Thanks for the tip.
