There was 62t frozen exported from Australia to China in July at $8/kg, and 79t in August at $8.1/kg, which is insignificant compared to the 1700t fresh exported in August.
Re; 'cranking out the smoked as hard as you can', IIRC Mark Ryan mentioned in the earnings call that they didnt go hard early enough last year, main thing for me is they are managing the risk of holding a large inventory as well as possible.
