World markets for food are in turmoil over the pandemic. Once we move beyond that then companies with high quality products and production capacity could do very well. Most governments recognize that coming out of the pandemic will require some loosening of fiscal restraints and hopefully there will be a consumer lead boom.
I fully expect this especially if Biden wins in November as the US-China trade confrontation will move to the back rooms of diplomacy. Australian mining and agriculture is tied to China like it or not and a peaceful resumption of trade talks will work in Australia's favor. The coming decades will also see India emerge as a huge market and this will provide an enormous opportunity for Australian exports.
