dabozza and McQuade, I cannot draw any conclusions from this as it's a sample of one - my local, mid-sized inner Melbourne WOW outlet, not representative of its larger supermarkets such as (in Melbourne) QV Centre in the CBD, Malvern Central, Southland, Camberwell, Ringwood to name a few - but today it appeared to have very little HUO branded salmon and was devoting greater shelf space to TGR products.

Imported Ocean Blue was prominent in smoked salmon (as was TGR) but interestingly the TGR various pack sizes had almost all sold, so I asked a staff member who said 'ah, we have one more box of each (i.e. c.10 individual packets) out the back'. He said TGR was a very big seller, not surprising given TGR's published metrics on domestic salmon sales.
