The thing about DeCosti im trying to work out is the discrepancy between the two different EBITDA measures.
Perhaps the smaller measure excludes Tassal business, and the larger numbers where they earnt their earn-out included Tassal business, but im just guessing...
I believe in accounting it would be (very) wrong to include Tassal Salmon figures in DeCosti revenue, as its counting it twice, but from an acquisition point of view DeCosti would want to consider that revenue in their column, because thats the way it would be if no acquisition.
