Agree. The reality is TGR has trended down since August 19, and has hit $3-3.20 on three separate occasions in past year. Still, shorts are relatively high and no obvious sign of unwinding at the moment.
There's no point focusing on the daily / weekly moves - it's the annual report that will move things one way or another. Historically, TGR beats consensus expectations (under promise, over deliver) but the consensus is only couple of bearish analysts.
