I also note Morningstar Quantitative (calculated) 'fair value' for Huon is $3.91, so this takeover offer is in line with their long term valuation, it could be argued there isnt really a premium being paid, it just looks good because of Huons current operational difficulties.
Morningstar have Tassal at $3.88, so there is a theoretical justification for price parity, but the market wont drive us there based on their takeover, still could start the ball rolling.
