would the blocking stake be due to the 75% voting requirements for a special resolution??? 53% would be almost all the way there... but a 20%+ holding could make things pretty close to call.

Still a way to go for TGR pricing before we even get close to where we should be IMO... perhaps its my luck - but I have been in and out of this company a few times over the decades and always seem to barely tread water in terms of return.
