Just looked up road transport, a 'Double road train - 11 axle' has a mass limit of 79t.

So at their maximum planned capacity of 180kt a year, 15kt a month, would be 190 road trains a month, average of 6.3 a day. And they plan on first loading it up and transporting that to Kununarra (unload-load), then back to Darwin (unload), then transporting it from there (load), they need their own domestic logistics department, before they have to think about getting international transport.

If they started off small and get a few k tonnes a year to work from a remote location, that would be good effort, but they are committed to their grandiose plans now.
