So police actions are analysed and procedures reviewed after people die after police involvement. Why is this so shocking?
If they followed set procedures and protocols the officers will have no issues.
Tasers IMO need greater scrutiny as they are only 'mostly' harmless. Suck to be the few percent they are deadly on and the flipantly they are used the more peope will die.
