joint venture partners need finance for the project, as yet no word on if they've been successful.
what will happen if they can't raise the finance..???
what happens if only one can get finance..???
how much money do they need so they can finance the deal..??

when the above is completed then i'll reconsider..
only then it might be worth a punt.
